Fly748 Daily Ticket Raffle - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the Fly748 Daily Ticket Raffle (“the Raffle”) operated by Fly748 (“the Airline”). By opting into the Raffle via your Fly748 Rewards Dashboard, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these T&Cs as well as our:

2. Eligibility

  • Age & Residency: The Raffle is strictly open to registered Fly748 account holders who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Account Status: Entrants must maintain a valid, active Fly748 online account with their true legal First and Last Name matching their government-issued identification.

  • Staff Exclusion: Employees of Fly748, their immediate families, advertising agencies, management, and affiliated partners are strictly prohibited from participating or winning.

3. How to Enter

  • No Purchase Necessary: Passengers do not need to book a flight or spend Loyalty Points to enter.

  • Registration: Upon first entry, users must submit their valid Phone Number and explicitly accept these T&Cs. If a name is not already on file, the user must provide their legal First and Last Name.

  • Daily Entries: After the initial registration, users may claim one (1) entry per calendar day (based on East Africa Time) by clicking the “Claim Today’s Entry” button on their dashboard.

  • Limits: Entries are strictly limited to one (1) per person, per day. Any attempt to use multiple accounts, bots, or automated scripts to generate extra entries will result in immediate and permanent disqualification from the Fly748 Rewards program.

4. The Prize

  • Daily Prize : Two (2) confirmed Economy Class flight tickets on any scheduled domestic Fly748 route.

  • Taxes and Fees: The Prize consists of complimentary tickets. While Fly748 currently covers the Base Fare and standard applicable taxes for Raffle winners, the Airline explicitly reserves the right to require the passenger to pay any applicable government taxes, fuel surcharges, statutory levies, or airport passenger service charges at the time of booking, at its sole discretion.

  • Flight Conditions: Tickets must be booked and flown within six (6) months of the win date. Tickets are subject to flight availability and standard embargo periods (e.g., peak holiday seasons).

  • Non-Transferable: Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, loyalty points, or alternate destinations. The tickets must be booked and flown under the exact legal name of the winning account holder.

5. The "One-Time Win" Rule

  • To ensure fairness across all Fly748 passengers, the Daily Ticket Raffle operates on a strict one-time-win policy.

  • If you are selected as a winner, you are permanently retired from the Daily Ticket Raffle. You will no longer be eligible to enter or win future daily draws.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The Draw: Winner(s) will be randomly selected from the pool of valid daily entries at 23:59 EAT every day via an automated, audited digital draw.

  • Notification: Winners will be contacted directly by the Fly748 Reservations team via the phone number and/or email address provided during registration.

  • Claim Period: If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, or fails to claim their prize within seven (7) days of the initial notification, the prize will be forfeited, and Fly748 reserves the right to retain the prize or select an alternate winner.

7. Promotional Consent & Data Privacy

  • Mandatory Marketing Participation: By participating in the Raffle and accepting the Prize, winners explicitly agree to participate in Fly748’s promotional campaigns and marketing activities. Participation in post-win marketing activities is a strict condition of receiving the prize.

  • Media Rights: Winners grant Fly748 the irrevocable, royalty-free right to use their full legal name, photographs, video appearances, audio recordings, and testimonials across all public media channels (including social media, website, television, and print) for promotional purposes without any further compensation.

  • Forfeiture: Refusal to participate in promotional photoshoots, videos, or public announcements will result in the immediate forfeiture of the tickets.

  • Privacy: By participating in the Raffle, you consent to Fly748 collecting and processing your name, phone number, and IP address for the explicit purposes of administering the draw, preventing fraud, and contacting you regarding your prize. All personal data (including phone numbers and IP addresses) will be collected and processed in strict accordance with the Kenyan Data Protection Act (KDPA) for the purposes of administering the draw, preventing fraud, and executing the aforementioned marketing activities.

8. General Conditions

  • Fly748 reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate the Daily Ticket Raffle at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

  • Fly748 accepts no responsibility for network, hardware, or software failures of any kind that may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.

  • Any disputes arising from the Raffle will be resolved at the sole discretion of Fly748 management, and their decision shall be final and binding.
