Ages 2–4

Must travel with an adult aged 16 or older

Our friendly ground staff will:

• Meet your child at check-in
• Guide them through a smooth, fast, and stress-free process

Please ensure the adult bringing your child to the airport stays until the flight has taken off.

Booking your child’s ticket is similar to booking your own — just with a few extra details.
You will need to provide:

• Your child’s age
• Names, addresses, and phone numbers for parents, guardians, and contact persons
• Any special needs or requirements your child may have (e.g., allergies, medical needs)

This helps us look after your child every step of the way.

• Your child’s luggage will receive special tags for quick and easy identification
• Our staff will help your child with their bags through customs

We will stay with your child until they are met by you or your designated representative in the arrivals hall

We will call both you and your child’s representative at:

• Departure
• Arrival

You’ll always know your child’s expected arrival time. Please make sure someone you trust is arranged to meet your child at the destination airport.
