1. General Agreement and Data Privacy

By checking "I Agree" and enrolling in the Fly748 Rewards Program (the "Program"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

In compliance with the Data Protection Act (2019) Laws of Kenya, you expressly consent to Fly748 collecting, tracking, processing, and analyzing your flight history, booking behavior, and account activity for the purposes of:

·       Calculating and managing loyalty points

·       Providing priority or VIP services

·       Delivering personalized service updates and marketing communications

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through available unsubscribe tools or account settings. Full withdrawal of data processing consent may be exercised by closing your Fly748 Rewards account, subject to applicable record‑keeping obligations.

2. Eligibility and Earning of Points

2.1 Eligible Flights

Points are awarded only for completed travel on eligible, Fly748‑operated flight segments. Cancelled, refunded, or no‑show segments are not eligible.

2.2 Base Points Earning

·    Members earn 40 points for each completed eligible flight segment, regardless of cabin type.

2.3 Premium Cabin Bonus

·      Members traveling on designated Premium fare classes (Y or YS) earn an additional 4 bonus points, for a total of 44 points per completed segment.

·       Premium fare classes are defined in Fly748’s published fare rules and booking displays.

2.4 Retroactive Point Crediting

Points are linked to the primary email address used at the time of booking.

·    If you complete eligible flights prior to creating a Rewards account, Fly748’s system will attempt to automatically identify and credit those flights once an account is created using the same primary email address.

·    Retroactive crediting is limited to flights completed within the 12‑month points validity window.

·    Automatic identification is not guaranteed in all cases, and Fly748 reserves the right to request verification documentation if discrepancies arise.

To ensure successful accrual, the booking email address must exactly match the email registered on your active Fly748 Rewards account.

2.5 Booking Attribution and Exclusions

·       Points are awarded to the individual consumer account holder associated with the booking email and payment method.

·       Points are not necessarily awarded to the individual passenger(s) flying the segment(s).

Exclusions:

·       Travel agents, corporate booking entities, wholesalers, and third‑party intermediaries are not eligible to participate in the Program.

·     If Fly748 reasonably determines that an ineligible entity has participated directly or indirectly, Fly748 reserves the right to terminate the account, revoke access, and void all accumulated points and rewards.

Where feasible, Fly748 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected members prior to corrective action.

3. Rewards Redemption and Financial Value

·       Fly748 Rewards points:

o   Have no cash value

o   Are not transferable

o   Are not personal property

o   May not be sold, bartered, or exchanged

·    Points may be redeemed only for rewards listed in the active Fly748 Rewards Catalog, including eligible digital promo codes.

·       All redemptions are final once processed.

3.1 Fare Application

·       Rewards and promo codes apply only to the Base Fare.

·      Members are fully responsible for all government taxes, airport charges, regulatory fees, fuel surcharges, and similar mandatory costs at checkout.

3.2 Capacity Controls

·       Redemption remains subject to seat availability, blackout dates, and operational controls.

·       Rewards cannot be combined, stacked, or used with:

o   Other promo codes

o   Corporate or agency discounts

o   Special or seasonal offers

4. Points Expiration

·    All Fly748 Rewards points expire 12 months (365 days) from the date the eligible flight segment is completed.

·       Expired points are automatically removed from the account and cannot be reinstated.

·       Fly748 has no obligation to provide compensation for expired points.

5. Priority Boarding Benefit Policy

5.1 Eligibility for Priority Boarding

Priority Boarding may be offered as a non‑guaranteed loyalty benefit to eligible Fly748 Rewards members based on:

·       Promotional campaigns

·       Reward redemptions

·       Cabin class or fare family

·       Operational discretion

Eligibility does not apply to all flights or airports and may vary by route or aircraft type.

5.2 Scope and Limitations

·       Priority Boarding allows eligible passengers to board after passengers requiring assistance but before general boarding.

·       It does not guarantee overhead bin space, seating preference, or expedited security or immigration processing.

·       Boarding order may be adjusted at any time for safety, regulatory, or operational reasons.

5.3 Non‑Transferability

·       Priority Boarding privileges are personal, non‑transferable, and valid only for the eligible member on the specific booking.

·       Fly748 reserves the right to revoke Priority Boarding access in cases of misuse or disruptive conduct.

5.4 Eligibility Threshold

Priority Boarding is available to Frequent Flyer members who have accumulated 200 points or more on their active Fly748 Rewards account at the time of travel. Eligibility is assessed during check-in and remains subject to operational availability, airport procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory considerations.

Fly748 reserves the right to modify boarding groups or deny Priority Boarding where required for operational, safety, or regulatory reasons. Priority Boarding is not guaranteed on all flights or at all airports.

 

6. Program Modification, Audits, and Termination

Fly748 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any related benefit, including but not limited to changes in earning rates, redemption values, eligibility criteria, or expiration timelines.

6.1 Points Forfeiture and Breach

Fly748 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, cancel, reverse, or forfeit any loyalty points, rewards, or associated benefits, with or without prior notice, where Fly748 reasonably determines that a member has:

- Breached these Program Terms, fare rules, or Fly748 Conditions of Carriage

- Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or manipulative conduct

- Misused the Program or benefits in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose

- Provided false, inaccurate, or incomplete information

 

In such cases, Fly748 shall not be liable for any loss, compensation, or damages arising from the cancellation or forfeiture of points or related benefits. Fly748 shall also terminate the Program in the event it ceases its operations.

7. Governing Law

This Program is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

Fly748 reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
