Fly748 Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. General Agreement and Data Privacy

By checking "I Agree" and enrolling in the Fly748 Rewards Program (the "Program"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

In compliance with the Data Protection Act (2019) Laws of Kenya, you expressly consent to Fly748 collecting, tracking, processing, and analyzing your flight history, booking behavior, and account activity for the purposes of:

· Calculating and managing loyalty points and virtual Travel Wallet balances
· Providing priority or VIP services (including Priority Boarding)
· Delivering personalized service updates and marketing communications

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through available unsubscribe tools or account settings. Full withdrawal of data processing consent may be exercised by closing your Fly748 Rewards account, subject to applicable record‑keeping obligations.

2. Eligibility and Earning of Points

2.1 Eligible Flights
Points are awarded only for completed travel on eligible, Fly748‑operated flight segments. Cancelled, refunded, or no‑show segments are not eligible.

2.2 Base Points Earning
· Members earn 40 points for each completed eligible flight segment, regardless of cabin type.

2.3 Premium Cabin Bonus
· Members traveling on designated Premium fare classes earn an additional 4 bonus points, for a total of 44 points per completed segment.
· Premium fare classes are defined in Fly748’s published fare rules and booking displays.

2.4 Retroactive Point Crediting
Points are linked to the primary email address used at the time of booking.
· If you complete eligible flights prior to creating a Rewards account, Fly748’s system will attempt to automatically identify and credit those flights once an account is created using the same primary email address.
· Retroactive crediting is limited to flights completed within the 12‑month points validity window.
· Automatic identification is not guaranteed in all cases, and Fly748 reserves the right to request verification documentation if discrepancies arise.
To ensure successful accrual, the booking email address must exactly match the email registered on your active Fly748 Rewards account.

2.5 Booking Attribution and Exclusions
· Points are awarded to the individual consumer account holder associated with the booking email and payment method.
· Points are not necessarily awarded to the individual passenger(s) flying the segment(s).

Exclusions:
· Travel agents, corporate booking entities, wholesalers, and third‑party intermediaries are not eligible to participate in the Program.
· If Fly748 reasonably determines that an ineligible entity has participated directly or indirectly, Fly748 reserves the right to terminate the account, revoke access, and void all accumulated points and rewards. Where feasible, Fly748 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected members prior to corrective action.

3. Rewards Redemption, Travel Wallet, and Financial Value

· Fly748 Rewards points and Travel Wallet store credits:
  o Have no standalone cash value
  o Are strictly non-transferable between accounts
  o Are not personal property
  o May not be sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash, M-Pesa, or credit card refunds

· Points may be redeemed only for digital reward promo codes listed in the active Fly748 Rewards Catalog. All redemptions are final once processed.

3.1 Fare Application
· Reward promo codes apply a net discount strictly to the Base Fare of an eligible booking.
· Members are fully and solely responsible for all government taxes, airport charges, regulatory passenger service fees, fuel surcharges, and similar mandatory costs at checkout.

3.2 Capacity Controls & Peak Season Fencing
· Reward promo code redemptions remain subject to seat availability, capacity controls, and operational blackout dates.
· Peak Season Blackout Period: Reward promo codes cannot be applied to flights operating during peak travel periods (specifically December 15th through January 10th inclusive).
· Split-Month / Multi-Leg Journeys: For bookings containing both peak and off-peak segments, reward promo codes will dynamically apply discount value only to the eligible off-peak segment(s).
· Exclusivity: Reward promo codes cannot be combined, stacked, or used simultaneously with other promo codes, corporate discounts, or agency offers.

3.3 Travel Wallet & Seat Selection Refunds
· Refunds issued as a result of voluntary seat releases (made prior to the 2-hour pre-departure cutoff) or automated system rollbacks are deposited directly into the member's Fly748 Travel Wallet as virtual store credit.
· Travel Wallet credits automatically apply toward future advanced seat selections on Fly748 flights and cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.

4. Points Expiration & Deduction Logic

· All Fly748 Rewards points expire exactly twelve (12) months (365 days) from the date the eligible flight segment was completed.
· Deduction Order: Upon reward redemption, the system automatically deducts the member's oldest available points first to maximize balance longevity.
· Expired points are automatically purged from the account and cannot be reinstated, extended, or compensated under any circumstances.

5. Priority Boarding Benefit Policy

5.1 Eligibility for Priority Boarding
Priority Boarding may be offered as a non‑guaranteed loyalty benefit to eligible Fly748 Rewards members based on promotional campaigns, reward redemptions, cabin class, or operational discretion. Eligibility does not apply to all flights or airports and may vary by route or aircraft type.

5.2 Scope and Limitations
· Priority Boarding allows eligible passengers to board after passengers requiring assistance but before general boarding.
· It does not guarantee overhead bin space, seating preference, or expedited security processing.
· Boarding order may be adjusted at any time for safety, regulatory, or operational reasons.

5.3 Non‑Transferability
· Priority Boarding privileges are personal, non‑transferable, and valid only for the eligible member on the specific booking.
· Fly748 reserves the right to revoke Priority Boarding access in cases of misuse or disruptive conduct.

5.4 Eligibility Threshold
Frequent Flyer members who maintain a balance of 200 points or more on their active account unlock Priority Boarding status for upcoming flights. Eligibility is verified at check-in and remains subject to operational availability.

6. System Security, Anti-Fraud, and Program Termination

6.1 Anti-Fraud & Technical Integrity
Fly748 employs cryptographic signatures, strict PNR ownership verification, rate limiting, and server-authoritative logic to protect the Program. Members are strictly prohibited from attempting to:
· Bypass server-side time locks or 2-hour departure cutoffs
· Replay, tamper with, or forge payment verification references (e.g., Paystack signatures)
· Access, view, or modify PNRs or bookings belonging to other passengers
· Use automated scripts, bots, or browser manipulation to exploit seat maps, points, or Travel Wallet balances

6.2 Account Termination and Points Forfeiture
Fly748 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, cancel, reverse, or forfeit any loyalty points, Travel Wallet balances, rewards, or associated benefits, with or without prior notice, where Fly748 reasonably determines that a member has:
· Breached these Program Terms, fare rules, or Fly748 Conditions of Carriage
· Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or technical manipulation
· Misused the Program or benefits in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose
· Provided false, inaccurate, or incomplete information

In such cases, Fly748 shall not be liable for any loss, compensation, or damages arising from the cancellation or forfeiture of points, wallet credits, or related benefits. Fly748 shall also terminate the Program in the event it ceases its operations.

7. Governing Law

This Program is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

Fly748 reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
